The full amount is refundable 46 days or more prior to the departure. Final payment must be paid at least 45 days prior to the trip departure, therefore 45 days or less prior to the departure the full amount paid is non-refundable.
No price increases are permitted.
Price/rate mentioned in the brochure/pamphlet is per person based on double occupancy (two persons per room).
Most of our chosen amenities are either three- (3***) or four-stars (4****) hotels. Rooms are standard with either one queen-size bed or two double-size beds (two persons per room).
You may cancel your booking online if:
One adult and one child under twelve (12) years of age, sharing one standard room, the child will receive a discounted rate of $20.00. However, one adult sharing a standard room with two children, under the age of twelve, each child will receive a discounted rate of $50.00, based on the adult rate.
A third adult, sharing a room with two other adults, all three adults will receive a discounted rate of $20.00. In the case of a child (third person), under twelve (12) years of age sharing a room with two adults, the child will receive a discounted rate of $100.00 based on the adult price.
Four (4) persons sharing one room (two double beds) will receive a discounted rate of $30.00 per person based on the published adult price.
d) Single supplement - an extra $90.00-$500.00 will be added to the published rate, based on the destination and/or length of the program/tour.
It is imperative that your travel documentations (passport, visa, landed immigrant status, etc) allow you entry at your destination(s). If in doubt, please let us know of your present status, so that we can advise you accordingly.
IITours Ltd will not be held responsible for denial entry refusal by any countries due to improper documentation. Entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. It is the tourist/client responsibility to be on time on the date of departure. No refund will be given for late arrival or no-show.
I'we acknowledge that II Tours travel professional explained and offered me/us Cancellation Insurance against unexpected travel or medical emergency and confirm that I/we have decline to purchase the so call Cancellation Insurance and/or medical emergency. It is the tourist/client responsibility to be on time on the date of departure. No refund will be given for late arrival or no-show.
