Day 1: ARRIVAL IN TOKYO
Arrive in Tokyo on any flight. Meet our driver with a name sign and transfer to the hotel by shared shuttle taxi. Independent check-in at the hotel with your passport (from 3 pm). Rest at the hotel. The hotel is located in central Tokyo, convenient for evening walks and dinner.
Overnight in Tokyo.
Day 2: TOKYO MOSAIC – FROM TEMPLES TO HIGH-TECH
Breakfast at the hotel. Meet the guide at 9:00 AM in the hotel lobby. We start the morning in Asakusa at Senso-ji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist temple, founded in the 7th century. Under the Kaminarimon Gate, we feel the spirit of the Edo period. Nakamise Street offers shops with amulets, fans, and traditional sweets. At the temple, we perform the chōzuya purification ritual and receive omikuji fortune slips – living traditions, not mere formality.
Next, we go to Tsukiji Market – Tokyo’s gastronomic heart. Here we learn about different types of tuna and can try extra-fresh otoro and chutoro sashimi, grilled scallops, oysters, squid, sweet tamago-yaki omelet, daifuku and mochi sweets, and of course, the best green tea, plum wine, and sake. Lunch at Tsukiji is included.
Afterwards, we continue to Ginza – an architectural gallery of luxury brands, from the minimalist Maison Hermès cube, Bulgari boutique tower, and Mikimoto pearl king, to the historic Kabuki-za Theater. We’ll stop at Ginza Six to enjoy a rooftop Japanese garden with views of Tokyo.
The tour finishes in Shibuya – the heart of youth culture. Visit the famous Shibuya Crossing, take photos at the Hachiko statue, explore trendy shops, listen to street musicians, and feel the pulse of the city.
Overnight in Tokyo.
Day 3: TREASURES OF NIKKO – KANMANGA-FUCHI ABYSS
Meet the guide at 9:00 AM in the hotel lobby. Depart for Nikko. Visit Shinkyo Bridge – one of Japan’s most picturesque bridges, built in the 17th century and once considered a “heavenly passage” for gods.
Next, Toshogu Shrine – Nikko’s crown jewel, where Tokugawa Ieyasu rests. Pass through Yomeimon Gate with hundreds of carvings, find the Three Wise Monkeys and the Sleeping Cat Nemuri-neko. Learn about the 15-year construction and gold and lacquer decorations as expressions of reverence for the shogun.
Continue to Futarasan Shrine, dedicated to the deities of Mt. Nantai, the river, and the lake. Experience Shinto traditions amid centuries-old cedar trees, perform a purification ritual, and learn why Nikko is considered a place “where gods descend to people.”
Lunch in Nikko includes the rare local delicacy yuba – delicate soy milk “skin,” served sashimi-style with wasabi and soy sauce.
Visit Kanmangafuchi Abyss with about 70 stone Jizo statues. According to local belief, if you count them in and out, the number never matches – called Bake Jizo, the “phantom Jizo.”
Overnight in Tokyo.
Day 4: MAJESTIC MT. FUJI – CHUREITO PAGODA – VILLAGE OF 8 SPRINGS
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart at 8:30 AM on a bus excursion to Mt. Fuji.
Visit Arakurayama Sengen Park, climb 400 steps to the red five-story Chureito Pagoda, with iconic views of Mt. Fuji. Built in 1963 as a memorial, now one of Japan’s most photographed spots.
Continue to Oshino Hakkai, a village with 8 spring-fed ponds of crystal-clear water, filtered through Mt. Fuji’s volcanic rock for 80 years. Traditional minka houses and serene atmosphere create an old-Japan postcard feel. Lunch included.
Visit Oishi Park on the north shore of Lake Kawaguchi for panoramic views of Mt. Fuji framed by seasonal flowers.
Transfer to the train station for the Shinkansen to Kyoto (approx. 2 hours). Independent journey to Kyoto.
Check-in and overnight in Kyoto.

Overnight in Kyoto.
Day 6: ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO GROVE – GION GEISHA DISTRICT
