Day 1. Arrival in Denver. Colorado State Capitol. The historic downtown and the Boettcher Theater Complex. Overnight in Denver, Colorado.

Day 2. Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The ski resort and town of Winter Park. High-mountain lakes Granby and Grand. Rocky Mountain National Park with the highest mountain landscapes on the North American continent. Estes Park. Big Thompson Canyon and the sculpture park in Loveland. Overnight in Denver, CO.

Day 3. America’s “gold capital” — Central City. Visit to Vail, one of the best ski resorts in the world. The Colorado River. Glenwood Springs with swimming in open pools filled with hot mineral water. Overnight in Fruita, CO.

Day 4. Canyonlands National Park. Viewpoints overlooking the amazing Canyon Country, one of the most remote and rugged places in the United States. Utah’s Dead Horse Point State Park. Wilson Arch. Overnight in Moab, UT.

Day 5. Hike to the castle-like rock formations Titans and Fisher. After lunch in Moab, visit the unique Arches National Park: stone dunes, natural arches, monuments, and balancing rocks. Overnight in Fruita, Colorado.

Day 6. Utah section of Dinosaur National Monument, including the Quarry and the Museum Center, with hikes through the badlands. Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area. Green River and Rock Springs. Overnight in Pinedale, WY.

Day 7. Cowboy town of Jackson — the southern entrance to the Jackson Hole valley. Boat trip on Jenny Lake in Grand Teton National Park. Drive to Yellowstone National Park. “Old Faithful” geyser and other “giants” of the Upper Geyser Basin. Overnight in West Yellowstone, MT.

Day 8. Continued exploration of Yellowstone. Norris Geyser Basin and “Steamboat,” the tallest active geyser in the world. Mammoth Hot Springs travertine terraces. The Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River and its waterfalls. Mud volcanoes and the “Dragon’s Mouth.” Bison in Hayden Valley and the Lake. Overnight in Cody, WY.

Day 9. The complex of five “Western” museums in one of America’s cowboy capitals — Cody. Bathing in the mineral hot springs of Thermopolis. Wind River Canyon and the plains of central Wyoming. Overnight in Casper, WY.

Day 10. Wyoming’s capital, Cheyenne. Departure from Denver Airport.


Tour price: USD $1,770 (includes transportation — a comfortable tourist-class bus, hotels, tour services, and entrance fees to listed attractions).

Single supplement: USD $700.

Not included: airfare and meals.

Dates: August 22–31.

Arrival in Denver on the first day of the tour by 13:00.

Departure from Denver (DEN) from 15:00 onward on the last day (the bus will deliver the group to Denver International Airport no later than 13:30).
