Arrival at Haneda or Narita Airports: Guests arriving before the official group arrival date receive the same airport transfer free of charge, provided the hotel is booked through our company.

Day 1 — Tuesday, October 13 — TOKYO | Airport Transfers

Arrival at Tokyo airports. Meeting with a Japanese driver. Group transfer by shared shuttle taxi to the hotel. Participants may arrive on different flights. Independent hotel check-in with passport. Each guest pays the accommodation tax and submits their passport for scanning. Night in Tokyo.

Day 2 — Wednesday, October 14 — TOKYO

Breakfast at the hotel. 11:00 — Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby (signboard). Guided sightseeing tour of Tokyo, a city of heroic samurai history and cutting-edge technologies that have shaped the modern world. Walk through Ginza, Tokyo’s elegant showcase and one of the world’s leading shopping districts. See the iconic Wako Department Store (1894) with its famous clock tower. Visit the Kabuki Theatre complex, a masterpiece of traditional Japanese architecture. Explore the Kabuki Museum, offering views of the theatre roof and main structures, and the exclusive souvenir shop featuring Kabuki-related items available only here.

Panoramic drive through central Tokyo:

• Imperial Palace Plaza, with over 2,000 Japanese pine trees (symbols of longevity)

• Nijubashi Bridge, the iconic double-arched stone bridge

• The Japanese Parliament, Prime Minister’s Residence, and the headquarters of the Liberal Democratic Party

Visit the historic Asakusa district, preserving the atmosphere of pre-war Tokyo. Explore Senso-ji Temple, founded on land granted by Tokugawa Ieyasu, the founder of Edo (Tokyo). Optional Omikuji fortune telling. Walk along Nakamise Street, the treasury of traditional crafts and souvenirs. Visit Stars Plaza, featuring handprints and signatures of leading Japanese cultural figures. Evening stroll through Akihabara, Tokyo’s neon-lit electronics district. Return to the hotel. Night in Tokyo.

Day 3 — Thursday, October 15 — TOKYO – NIKKO

Breakfast at the hotel.

08:30 — Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby. Excursion to the medieval architectural complex of Nikko Toshogu Shrine. Travel time one way: approximately 2.5 hours by coach, with rest stops along the way. Japanese-style lunch featuring Yuba, a traditional delicacy made from soy milk.

Visit:

• Rinnō-ji Temple and the Hall of the Three Buddhas

• The 17th-century cedar avenue leading to the granite torii gates of Toshogu

• The Five-story Pagoda (1650), decorated with the Tokugawa family crest and zodiac symbols

• The Sacred Stable with the famous relief of the Three Wise Monkeys • Honjido Hall with the “Singing Dragon” ceiling

• The richly decorated Yomeimon Gate

• Honden, the main sanctuary housing the deified spirits of Tokugawa Ieyasu, Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and Minamoto no Yoritomo Return to the hotel (NB: traffic congestion is possible and may extend travel time). Night in Tokyo.

Day 4 — Friday, October 16 — TOKYO

Breakfast at the hotel. 09:30 — Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby (BONSAI NA Group sign). Full-day sightseeing tour (09:30–17:00). European-style lunch included. Visit Shinjuku, the modern district where Tokyo’s skyscraper era began. From the observation deck of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building (205 m), enjoy panoramic views of the city and, on clear days, Mount Fuji. Photo stop at the statue of Hachiko, the world-famous loyal dog, near Shibuya Crossing, listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the busiest pedestrian crossing in the world. Visit the East Garden of the Imperial Palace. Explore Odaiba, a futuristic artificial island connected by the Rainbow Bridge. See the Statue of Liberty, the skyline of Tokyo Bay, and the 18-meter Gundam robot, an icon of Japanese pop culture. 17:00 — Return to the hotel. Night in Tokyo.

Day 5 — Saturday, October 17 — TOKYO – HAKONE – MOUNT FUJI – KYOTO

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out with luggage. 08:30 — Meeting with the guide (BONSAI NA Group sign). Departure to Hakone National Park, located near Mount Fuji. Visit Owakudani Valley, known as the “Devil’s Valley,” with sulfur fumes and active geothermal vents formed over 3,000 years ago. Cable car ride to Lake Ashi, a mountain lake that never freezes due to hot springs beneath its surface. Enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Fuji, the Hakone Mountains, and the lake. Cruise on Lake Ashi aboard a replica pirate ship. From the water, see the iconic red torii gates rising from the lake. According to legend, a fearsome nine-headed dragon was once chained beneath these waters. Even today, priests make offerings here, and the site has been visited by the Imperial Family. Transfer to Odawara Station. Board the Shinkansen bullet train to Kyoto. Arrival in Kyoto at approximately 20:15. Meeting with the guide and transfer to the hotel. Hotel check-in, passport scanning, and payment of the accommodation tax. Night in Kyoto.

Day 6 — Sunday, October 18 — KYOTO

Breakfast at the hotel. 08:30 — Meeting with the guide. Sightseeing tour of Kyoto, the former imperial capital of Japan. European-style lunch included. Visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple, known as the Temple of Pure Water and often called the Temple of Love. Its wooden veranda overlooks a deep gorge, and beneath it flows the wish-granting spring. Walk through the Gion geisha district, where geisha and maiko can often be seen hurrying to their teahouses. View the historic Minami-za Kabuki Theatre from the outside. Visit Nijo Castle, the shogun’s residence, famous for its “nightingale floors.” A UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is a masterpiece of 17th-century Japanese architecture. Walk through Nishiki Market, Kyoto’s authentic culinary and shopping street. Return to the hotel. Night in Kyoto.

Day 7 — Monday, October 19 — KYOTO – ARASHIYAMA

Breakfast at the hotel. 09:00 — Meeting with the guide. Excursion to the historic Arashiyama district. Lunch included.

Experience a traditional tea ceremony. Visit Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), originally built in 1397 and surrounded by serene Japanese gardens. Visit the Zen rock garden of Ryoan-ji, where 15 stones are arranged so that one stone is always hidden from view. Visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its corridor of 10,000 red torii gates and featured in Memoirs of a Geisha. According to legend, walking through the torii gates purifies the soul. Return to the hotel. Night in Kyoto.

Day 8 — Tuesday, October 20 — KYOTO – NARA

Breakfast at the hotel. 09:30 — Meeting with the guide. Excursion to Nara, Japan’s first permanent capital (710–784). Japanese home-style lunch and sake tasting included. Visit Todai-ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world’s largest wooden structure, housing the 15-meter bronze statue of the Great Buddha. Walk through Nara Park, home to friendly deer that bow when offered crackers. Visit Kasuga Taisha Shrine and its lantern-lined paths. Return to Kyoto. Night in Kyoto.

Day 9 — Wednesday, October 21 — KYOTO – OSAKA

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out with luggage. 08:15 — Meeting with the guide. Sightseeing tour of Osaka, with lunch included. Visit the Museum of Housing and Living, recreating Osaka streets of the 18th–19th centuries. Try on a traditional kimono (yukata) and experience life as an Edo-period townsman. Optional VR experience with 3D glasses, transporting visitors to different historical eras. Walk along a popular shopping street. Visit the Umeda Sky Building Floating Garden Observatory. View Osaka Castle from the outside. Cruise around the castle moat on a traditional-style boat. Transfer to the hotel in Osaka by 17:30. Check-in, passport scanning, and payment of the accommodation tax. Night in Osaka.

Day 10 — Thursday, October 22 — OSAKA | DEPARTURE

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out with luggage. Group transfer by shared shuttle taxi with a Japanese driver to Osaka Airport.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• In temples and sacred sites, shoes often must be removed. Please wear footwear that is easy to take off and put on.

• Significant temperature changes are expected in Nikko and Mount Fuji areas — warm clothing is recommended.

• Tour end times are approximate and may be delayed due to traffic. Please avoid booking evening activities in advance on excursion days.

• Guests must arrive at the hotel lobby in advance of departure times. Waiting time for late guests is 5 minutes.

• Guests who miss departures are considered no-show and receive no refunds.

• Do not leave personal belongings on buses, trains, or public places. The company is not responsible for lost items.

• Included meals are not specialized or dietary and do not account for individual food restrictions.

• Guide assistance during free time (restaurant bookings, translations, etc.) is available for an additional fee.
