12th August 2025 - Frankfurt

Arrival at Frankfurt Airport by any flight. Transfer and check-in at the hotel. In the evening: meeting with the guide, city walk.

13th August 2025 - Frankfurt

Breakfast at the hotel. City tour: Frankfurt am Main is a city of contrasts, where giant skyscrapers are next to ancient, cozy streets. It is a city of banks, the capital of many major international fairs, and a wealthy cultural and entertainment center. The famous Frankfurt Museum Embankment offers over 11 exhibitions: from handicrafts to paintings, from the history of cinema to ancient sculptures.
In the afternoon, free time for self-exploration of the city and museum visits.

14th August 2025 - Rhine Valley

Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion “Castles of the Romantic Rhine”.
The most romantic place in Germany, attracting millions of tourists from around the world. Around twenty medieval knight’s castles from the 10th-12th centuries are located on the picturesque steep banks of the Rhine from Wiesbaden to Koblenz. Each one is famous for its history and legend. We will visit Marksburg Castle, the only hilltop castle on the Middle Rhine that has never been destroyed and is now one of the most famous and visited castles in Germany. In the medieval town of Rüdesheim, you will find an old wine restaurant for a tasting of the world-famous Rhine wines and stroll along the most beautiful street in central Germany, Drosselgasse (The Thrush Alley), with numerous souvenir shops and wine cellars.
Return to Frankfurt.

15th August 2025 - Würzburg, Rothenburg, Nuremberg

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from the hotel with luggage. On the way to Nuremberg, we will visit the beautiful ancient cities of Germany: Würzburg (120 km, about 1.5 hours) and Rothenburg ob der Tauber (60 km, about 1 hour).
Würzburg is famous for its rich baroque and rococo architecture. One of the main attractions of the city is Marienberg Fortress, the medieval residence of the bishops of Würzburg. The Residence architectural complex in the baroque style is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Würzburg Cathedral is considered one of the largest Romanesque cathedrals in Germany.

Rothenburg ob der Tauber is one of the most popular cities for tourists, a jewel of Germany's Romantic Road. Here you’ll experience the charm of history and antiquity, a fairytale town for lovers of European medieval architecture. During the tour, we will visit the town center, surrounded by a 14th-century fortress wall with many bastions and watchtowers, narrow winding streets, well-preserved houses, the Town Hall, ancient churches, and more.

Next, we will travel to Nuremberg (105 km, about 1:15). Check-in at the hotel.

16th August 2025 - Nuremberg

Breakfast at the hotel. City tour of Nuremberg: Since the 13th century, Nuremberg has been a free imperial city and one of the largest centers of crafts and trade. Here, treasures of the imperial crown were kept, and emperors began their reign. During the tour, we will get acquainted with the historic center of the city, with the first mention of the city dating back to the 11th century. We will see the Imperial Castle Kaiserburg, Albrecht Dürer’s house, Gothic churches, cozy squares, magnificent fountains, and romantic half-timbered buildings. After the city tour, you will have free time to explore the city independently and visit museums.
Overnight in Nuremberg.

17th August 2025 - Bamberg, Bayreuth

Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to Bamberg (60 km, about 1 hour) and Bayreuth (65 km, about 1 hour).
Bamberg is a remarkably beautiful city, and its historic center is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. We will see many architectural styles, especially Gothic and Baroque, the unique Old Town Hall located on an island in the middle of the river, the Bamberg Cathedral, the old and new residences of the bishops, and many other interesting sites. The tour ends in the area of breweries and restaurants, as Bamberg is rightfully called the beer capital of Germany.

Bayreuth, the capital of Upper Franconia, is famous worldwide for its theater on the Green Hill, where the annual Richard Wagner Festival takes place. The theater, built under the personal direction of the great composer, has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2012. We will visit the Festival Palace, the house where Wagner lived with his family, and the historic center of Bayreuth. Many buildings in the city, built in the 16th-18th centuries, are in excellent condition and are of interest not only to architecture lovers but also to photography enthusiasts.
Return to Nuremberg.

18th August 2025 - Regensburg, Augsburg, Munich

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from the hotel with luggage and travel to Munich. On the way to Munich, we will visit the beautiful ancient cities of Regensburg (105 km, about 1:15) and Augsburg (150 km, about 2 hours).
Regensburg is an ancient and very picturesque German city, located at the confluence of two rivers, the Danube and the Regen. Founded by the ancient Romans, it was the residence of the Bavarian dukes and is now the oldest bishopric in Germany. Regensburg has preserved its medieval beauty almost intact. The pride of Regensburg is the Gothic St. Peter’s Cathedral and the 12th-century Stone Bridge over the Danube.

Augsburg, one of the oldest cities in Germany, was also founded during ancient Roman times. In the Middle Ages, the city was located at the crossroads of all important trade routes and was always wealthier and more attractive than other Bavarian cities. During the tour, we will see medieval guild houses, the 11th-century Cathedral of Our Lady, the Basilica of Saints Afra and Ulrich with bulbous domes, as well as the City Hall, the main example of Renaissance architecture in the city.

Next, we will travel to Munich (80 km, about 1 hour), check-in at the hotel.

19th August 2025 - Munich

Breakfast at the hotel. Munich is one of the most beautiful and distinctive cities in Europe, which you will experience during a bus and walking tour of the city. The city is famous for its variety of attractions, its special cult of comfort and tranquility, and the love of the locals for Bavarian traditions, holidays, and rituals.
You will visit the center of Munich with its main square, Marienplatz, and the historical buildings located there, including the Cathedral of Our Lady, the Max-Joseph-Platz with the winter residence of Bavarian kings and the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet, Odeonsplatz with the Arc of Bavarian Commanders, the old residence of Bavarian kings, and much more. One of the most memorable parts of the tour will be the outdoor tour of the Nymphenburg Palace and Park Ensemble, the Italian jewel of the city, built at the request of the Italian Princess Henrietta Adelaide of Savoy.
After the Munich tour, you will have free time to explore the city independently and visit museums.

20th August 2025 - Excursion to the Alps

Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to the Bavarian Alps, where near the Austrian border, the fairytale castle of Bavarian King Ludwig II stands: Neuschwanstein. The King of Bavaria envisioned its construction as an architectural marvel in the Medieval style, personally approving every blueprint, so many believed the castle to be his personal achievement and creation. The castle’s interior decoration is mainly dedicated to illustrations from Wagner’s operas and the country’s ancient legends. It is said that here, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, enchanted by the sight of Neuschwanstein, conceived the idea for "Swan Lake".

Neuschwanstein later became a symbol of the magical world of Walt Disney.
After visiting the castle, we will go to the functioning Benedictine Monastery of Ettal, famous for its healing herbal liqueurs and, of course, its very delicious beer, the recipe for which has been kept secret since the 14th century.

21st August 2025 - Munich Airport

Transfer to Munich Airport. Departure by any flight with any airline.
