8 lunches during excursions, excursion program with Russian guides, entrance tickets according to the program, transfer upon arrival at Narita / Haneda airport with a Japanese driver in accordance with the arrival time. Transfer upon departure from Kansai or Itami (Osaka) airport with a Japanese driver in accordance with the departure of tourists from the airport. Day 1: TOKYO – Airport Transfers

Arrival at Tokyo airports.

Meet & greet by a Japanese driver. Group transfer by shared shuttle taxi to the hotel.

Transfer participants may arrive on different flights.

Independent hotel check-in using passports. Each guest independently pays the government accommodation tax and submits their passport for scanning.


Day 2: TOKYO

Breakfast at the hotel.

11:00 – Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby with a sign.

City tour of Tokyo — a city of samurai heroic history and cutting-edge technologies that have changed the lives of people around the world.

Walk through the central Ginza district, often called Tokyo’s showcase, where you can feel the atmosphere of one of the world’s major shopping centers. The symbol of Ginza is the Wako Department Store, built in 1894, with its iconic clock tower that chimes every hour.

The main building of the Kabuki National Theatre, admired for its perfectly balanced lines of traditional Japanese architecture. Visit to the Kabuki Museum, offering views of the roof and main structures of the theater, and a souvenir shop featuring exclusive Kabuki-themed items.

European-style lunch during the excursion.

Drive through central Tokyo to see iconic landmarks:

  • Imperial Palace Plaza, home to more than 2,000 Japanese pine trees (symbols of longevity),

  • The arched stone Nijubashi Double Bridge,

  • The National Diet Building,

  • The Prime Minister’s residence and parliamentary offices,

  • Headquarters of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP).

Visit the historic Asakusa district, rich in souvenir shops and preserving the atmosphere of pre-war Tokyo. Senso-ji Buddhist Temple, whose land was granted by the great shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu. Optional Omikuji fortune telling at the temple.

Explore Nakamise Street, a treasure trove of traditional crafts and souvenirs.

Walk through historic Asakusa, including Stars Plaza, featuring handprints and signatures of prominent Japanese cultural figures.

Evening walk through the neon-lit Akihabara electronics district — shopping in the electronic heart of Japan. Return to the hotel.


Day 3: TOKYO – MT. FUJI

Breakfast at the hotel.

08:30 – Meeting with the guide at the hotel reception with a sign.

Excursion to Mount Fuji.

One-way travel by bus takes approximately 2 hours, with rest stops along the expressway.

Lunch featuring local Japanese cuisine at a traditional house, prepared using pure spring water from the Mount Fuji area.
Menu: Nabe hot pot (Hoto noodles with vegetables and mushrooms), grilled salted trout, shrimp tempura, rice, pickles, dessert, and Japanese barley tea.

Visit to the Oshino Hakkai (Eight Fuji Springs), a UNESCO World Heritage site featuring traditional-style houses and ponds fed by crystal-clear Mount Fuji spring water.

Visit to a traditional minka village of samurai-era houses at the foot of Mount Fuji. Eighteen thatched-roof houses create a picturesque scene of old Japan. Guests will have the opportunity to dress up as samurai and geisha in traditional Japanese attire (kimono dressing included). Return to the hotel.

Please note: heavy traffic is possible on the way to and from Mount Fuji, which may extend travel time.


Day 4: TOKYO – NIKKO

Breakfast at the hotel.

08:30 – Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby with a sign.

Excursion to the medieval architectural and historical complex Toshogu Shrine in Nikko.

One-way travel by bus takes approximately 2.5 hours, with rest stops.

Lunch featuring Japanese cuisine made with Yuba, a rare delicacy derived from soy milk.

Visit to the Three Buddhas Hall at Rinno-ji Temple.

Walk along the 17th-century Cryptomeria Avenue leading to the granite torii gates of Toshogu. Visit the five-story pagoda (1650) decorated with the Tokugawa family crest and zodiac signs. Visit the sacred stable with the world-famous relief of the Three Wise Monkeys (“see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil”).

Visit Honjido Hall (the “Crying Dragon Temple”), where a dragon painted on the ceiling “responds” to specific claps. See the richly carved Yomeimon Gate and Honden, the main sanctuary housing the deified spirits of three great shoguns: Tokugawa Ieyasu, Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and Minamoto Yoritomo. Return to the hotel.

Traffic congestion may occur on the way to and from Nikko.


Day 5: TOKYO – KYOTO

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out with luggage.

09:00 – Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby with a sign.
09:15 – Departure for the excursion.

Tokyo city tour.

European-style lunch during the excursion.

Visit Shinjuku, the modern district where Japan’s high-rise construction began. Visit the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building; from its 205-meter observation deck, enjoy panoramic city views and, on clear days, Mount Fuji.

Visit the statue of Hachiko, the loyal dog made famous by the film “Hachi: A Dog’s Tale”. The statue is located at Shibuya Crossing, listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the world’s busiest intersection.

Visit Odaiba, a futuristic artificial island in Tokyo Bay, accessible via the scenic Rainbow Bridge. See the Statue of Liberty, the skyline of Tokyo Bay, and the 18-meter Gundam robot, a hero of a popular Japanese anime series.

Transfer to Tokyo Station.

Departure to Kyoto by Nozomi Shinkansen, Japan’s fastest and most comfortable bullet train.
Independent train journey. Arrival in Kyoto at approximately 18:00.

Meeting with the guide at the train car with a sign. Transfer to the hotel.

Hotel check-in using passports. Guests submit passports for scanning and pay the government accommodation tax.


Day 6: KYOTO

Breakfast at the hotel.

Kyoto city tour — the city that served as the residence of Japanese emperors for many centuries.

European-style lunch during the excursion.

Visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple, known as the “Temple of Pure Water” and often called the temple of lovers. Its wooden terrace, built on a cliff, overlooks a deep valley. Below the terrace is a wish-granting spring — it is believed that drinking from it three times makes a wish come true.

Walk through the Gion geisha district, where in the evenings you may see geisha and maiko hurrying to their teahouses in distinctive kimonos.

Visit Nijo Castle, the shogun’s residence, famous for its “nightingale floors” that chirp when walked upon. Built in the 17th century, the castle is a UNESCO World Heritage site and a classic example of Japanese castle architecture. Return to the hotel.


Day 7: KYOTO – ARASHIYAMA

Breakfast at the hotel.

09:00 – Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby with a sign.

Excursion to the historic Arashiyama area.

Lunch during the excursion.

Introduction to the Japanese tea ceremony.

Visit Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), originally built in 1397, surrounded by winding Japanese pines.

Visit the Ryoan-ji Zen rock garden, where 15 stones are arranged so that at least one stone is always hidden from view.

Visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its gallery of 10,000 red torii gates and featured in the film “Memoirs of a Geisha.” According to legend, walking through the gates purifies one’s sins. Return to the hotel.


Day 8: KYOTO – NARA

Breakfast at the hotel.

09:30 – Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby with a sign.

Excursion to the ancient capital Nara.

Lunch featuring traditional home-style Japanese cuisine.

Sake tasting.

Founded in the early 8th century and modeled after China’s Tang Dynasty capital Chang’an, Nara was Japan’s capital from 710 to 784. Visit Todai-ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the world’s largest wooden structure, housing a 15-meter bronze statue of Vairocana Buddha (Great Buddha of Nara).

Walk through Nara Park, home to friendly deer that freely roam the area and bow in exchange for crackers. Visit Kasuga Taisha Shrine and the street of ancient lanterns. Return to the hotel.


Day 9: KYOTO – OSAKA

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out with luggage.

08:45 – Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby with a sign.

Luggage loading into the bus.
09:00 – Departure for the excursion.

Osaka city tour. Lunch during the excursion.

Visit the Umeda Sky Building Floating Garden Observatory.

Day 10: OSAKA – AIRPORT

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out with luggage.

Group transfers by shared shuttle taxi with a Japanese driver to Osaka Airport according to individual flight schedules.

 

Attention! Important Information

  • In temples and other sacred places, it is often necessary to remove your shoes. We recommend choosing footwear that is easy and quick to take off and put on.

  • Significant temperature differences are expected during excursions to Mount Fuji and Nikko. For this reason, we recommend bringing warm clothing.

  • The indicated excursion end times are approximate. In case of heavy traffic, the return to the hotel may be significantly later than scheduled. Therefore, we recommend not planning visits to paid attractions or evening activities in advance after excursions, especially following trips to Nikko and Mount Fuji.

  • Please arrive in the hotel lobby early for excursions and transfers. The time indicated in the program is the boarding time for departure from the hotel. The waiting time for late arrivals is 5 minutes. The guide does not call guest rooms or search for guests within the hotel.

  • Please stay with the group during excursions. The guide does not search for participants who fall behind. The waiting time at bus stops for late arrivals is 5 minutes.

  • Guests who fail to appear at the scheduled departure time are automatically considered “no show.” In case of no show, no compensation for services is provided. Such guests must travel to the hotel or other destinations independently and at their own expense.

  • Please do not leave personal belongings on the bus, train, or other places along the route. The company is not responsible for lost items. All expenses related to searching for and shipping forgotten personal belongings are borne by the guests.

  • Meals included in the program are not dietary or specialized and do not take into account individual food restrictions or allergies.

  • Guide assistance during free time, including restaurant reservations for dinner, translation of instructions or recipes, and other similar services, is considered a paid additional service and requires the guide’s or the receiving company’s representative’s consent. Excursion time is not intended for providing these additional services.
